We understand that purchasing premium timepieces online requires absolute trust, especially regarding international delivery and customs clearance. That is why we have engineered a logistics network specifically designed for secure, discreet, and guaranteed delivery.
1. The QC & Dispatch Process
We do not ship blindly. Every order goes through a strict verification process to ensure you get exactly what you paid for:
- Days 1-5 (Sourcing & QC): We source your specific model from the factory and perform rigorous Quality Control. We will send you high-resolution macro photos and timegrapher (accuracy) test videos via email or WhatsApp.
- Green Light: Your watch is only dispatched after you explicitly approve the QC pictures. If you spot a flaw, we will source a new piece for you.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Once you give the green light, we use premium specialized courier routes (e.g., DHL, FedEx, or dedicated local lines) to bypass strict customs checks. Typical delivery times after dispatch are:
- USA, UK, EU, Australia: 7 to 12 Business Days.
- Rest of the World: 10 to 15 Business Days.
- *A tracking number will be provided immediately once the package is in transit.
3. The 100% Customs Pass Guarantee
This is our ultimate promise to you. You bear ZERO RISK regarding international borders. If your package is intercepted, seized, or lost by customs during transit, we will immediately manufacture and reship a brand new replacement watch to you completely free of charge.
Returns & Warranty Policy
We stand firmly behind the VS Factory standard. However, due to the nature of international shipping and high-precision mechanical movements, we have a strict but fair after-sales policy.
1. Dead on Arrival (DOA) & Transit Damage
If your watch arrives with mechanical defects, a broken crystal, or fails to function out of the box, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery. Provide a clear video showing the issue. We will arrange a return to our nearest service center for a free repair or full replacement.
2. The “Intact Protection” Rule (Crucial)
For any exchange or return to be accepted, the watch MUST remain completely unworn, unsized, and have all original factory protective plastics and tags perfectly intact. If you remove the protective film or resize the bracelet, the watch is considered “worn” and can only be serviced under warranty, not exchanged.
3. 2-Year Movement Warranty
All our super clones come with a comprehensive 2-year warranty covering internal movement failures (e.g., stopping, severe time loss/gain). This warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage from unscrewed crowns, or normal wear and tear on the case/bracelet.
